Hakata Thin Straight Noodles
We make our own blend of high quality flour to create our smooth and chewy noodles.
These noodles are designed to release less starch when cooked. This creates a clear base for the soup that brings out the savory tonkotsu (pork bone) flavors of the broth.

Soup Concentrate
This soup concentrate captures the umami flavors of the natural tonkotsu broth served in ICHIRAN restaurants worldwide.
Use this concentrate to make a creamy, savory pork bone borth at home with minimal effort.

Original Spicy Red Seasoning
A variety of togarashi peppers were selected for quality and taste for this unique spice blend.
Created after testing dozens of pepper combinations, our seasoning has a balance of both spice and flavor that complement our tonkotsu ramen.

The New York Times Wrote :
“ICHIRAN, the ramen chain founded in Fukuoka, Japan, in 1960, is known not just for the quality of its tonkotsu broth, but also for its individual booths, allowing for sequestered slurping. That goes for one that just opened in the Times Square area at 152 West 49th Street. But now you can also slurp in the privacy of your home with their ramen kit. It contains three servings of noodles, dried broth base, and spice mix. Just add water, but consider bolstering the soup with chopped scallions, chunks of tofu, boiled egg, mushrooms, slivers of pork or chicken, and other ingredients.” —By Florence Fabricant

Very good ramen
I went to Ichiran ramen quite often during my last trip to Tokyo. I loved it so much that it is now my gold standard. I was so happy to see they sell this online in the US. Ever since Covid-19, I've ordered 12 take home kits. My family loves them! I add green onions, some garlic, whatever meat I have on hand (shabu shabu cuts are great for this) and egg (the ones that are peeled and ready from grocery stores work if in a hurry). It is a little expensive, but so worth it.

Took me back to Japan
I had Ichiran Ramen while staying in Ikebukuro on vacation in Tokyo and it was one of the best bowls of ramen I had ever had. The ramen from this kit was very similar, the flavors took me back to that great trip. I wish that the red seasoning were in a paste form like you see in the picture & what is served in the restaurant; but the powder form they provide gives the same great flavor and kick. I bought a couple of boxes and I'm looking forward to having this again.

Great Taste
Obviously not as good as the original but very close, just far too expensive to get delivered again especially with the cost of shipping going up

ICHIRAN TAKE-HOME RAMEN KIT
The ramen is delicious.

Expiring soon
I ordered 4 boxes of Ramen never thinking they would have such a close expiration date. Only 2 months to consume 12 servings. Not going to happen & they will become trash. What a waste of my money. So disappointed!

The best ramen kit
This was one of the best ramen experiences I've had at home. I've had many different instant ramens but none come close to the quality of Ichiran's ramen. The noodles have a good bite to them, the broth is packed with flavor and has much more depth than any instant ramen, and lastly, the spicy red seasoning is the perfect amount of spice to bring it all together. Ichiran Tonkotsu Ramen gets 5 stars from me, but overall compared to all ramen I've had it's a 4.5 just beaten out by a good restaurant named Yamitsuki. I would recommend any ramen enthusiasts like myself to give it a try!

SURPRISE PRODUCT CHANGE
I've been a big fan of Ichiran Tonkotsu ramen, but I was taken aback by these last kits I just bought. Did Ichiran change the recipe? I ask that because on opening and pouring out the broth packs, it looked like half the volume was clear oil (cottonseed?). I noticed the taste had changed, too. It still had some of its famous richness, but it seemed more muddled. I have to say I was extremely disappointed. Is this a recipe change? A quality control issue? I could always count on this ramen as a quality product, but now?

Best instant ramen
I think this is my third or fourth time order from you. Quality is still superb. My husband and I are loving the soup and noodle.

Best DIY Ramen
Very filling and incredibly flavorful! I've never had the ramen in New York but I'd imagine it tastes very similar to it

Pretty good but odd that it had no ice or anything to preserve it
It tasted good, but was initially concerned since it arrived when I wasn't away and it wasn't on ice or anything even though the broth is a meat based broth (even if it is mostly dried packets/highly preserved)
