NOTICE: Alaska & Hawaii Handling Fee

FREE SHIPPING will continue to be available for orders of 3 or more Ramen Kits for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. 

Starting Nov. 3, 2020, all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be have a 10% handling fee. For orders of 1 or 2 kits, handling fee is calculated based on the flat shipping rate ($11.99). For orders of 3 or more kits, handling fee is calculated based on your cart total and may appear as shipping fee in your invoice.

 

COVID-19 RESPONSE

We are partners with ShipBob, a 3PL service, to ship our products from California and Pennsylvania.

ICHIRAN and ShipBob are following all CDC environmental cleaning and disinfection recommendations.

SHIPPING

We ship standard ground shipping to all 50 states in the United States. Please allow 7-14 days* for shipping.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided. 

Shipping and Handling: $11.99**

Sales tax will be applied if you are shipping to New York state.

*Carriers are continuing to experience delays due to COVID-19 and the increase in shipping demands. Please allow for extra time for delivery

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • ICHIRAN CANNOT offer refunds for orders marked as "Delivered."
  • We DO NOT cover shipping/reshipment fees for lost packages. Please contact customerservice.ny@ichiran.com regarding lost or damaged items. For damaged items, please take photos and contact us immediately. Items can be considered lost if there is no update to the tracking information for 20 days.

 

RETURNS

Return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, with your original receipt, for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below). For most items, you have 7 days after the date of purchase (or date of confirmed delivery of shipped orders) to make a return with the exceptions noted below.

 

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Products must be in its original, unopened, sealed packaging. Any damaged, soiled, infested, stained or missing products cannot be returned.

If you see obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging, please ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and write, "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt.
Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your notes regarding the damage and contact ICHIRAN Customer Service immediately.

If your order status indicates damage during shipment or the shipper has stopped delivery, or if you received an order that was damaged during shipment, call ICHIRAN Customer Service at 718-381-0493 or by email at CustomerService.NY@ichiran.com.

Please note that ICHIRAN does not support returns for international orders sold or fulfilled by a third-party seller at this time. All international sales of products sold or fulfilled by these third-party sellers are final.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE GIVEN WITHOUT RECEIPT.
