Hakata Thin Straight Noodles

Very good ramen
I went to Ichiran ramen quite often during my last trip to Tokyo. I loved it so much that it is now my gold standard. I was so happy to see they sell this online in the US. Ever since Covid-19, I've ordered 12 take home kits. My family loves them! I add green onions, some garlic, whatever meat I have on hand (shabu shabu cuts are great for this) and egg (the ones that are peeled and ready from grocery stores work if in a hurry). It is a little expensive, but so worth it.

When I first ordered it took 3weeks to deliver, and on my 2nd order it was faster and it took 4days after I place an order. Best flavor, its like Im in ICHIRAN with the most delicious broth and firm noodles. Will def buy again!

Amazing product!
Wow we're totally impressed with the flavor of this Ramen!!! This is not like your instant noodle/ramen, the soup base is legitimately delicious and noodles are excellent as well. Highly recommend!! Worth the price for sure!

Took me back to Japan
I had Ichiran Ramen while staying in Ikebukuro on vacation in Tokyo and it was one of the best bowls of ramen I had ever had. The ramen from this kit was very similar, the flavors took me back to that great trip. I wish that the red seasoning were in a paste form like you see in the picture & what is served in the restaurant; but the powder form they provide gives the same great flavor and kick. I bought a couple of boxes and I'm looking forward to having this again.

Great Taste
Obviously not as good as the original but very close, just far too expensive to get delivered again especially with the cost of shipping going up

Ramen Kit
I wish there were an Ichiran here in Hawai’i. I wasn’t very optimistic at first, about eating Ichiran by mail. But this is probably the best instant ramen I’ve had. Unfortunately, the added cost for shipping to Hawai’i makes ordering regularly prohibitively expensive.

An amazing at-home experience
This take-home ramen kit is by far some of the best ramen I’ve personally ever had, inside and outside of restaurants. I’ve always heard good things about ichiran but have never been to the location in NYC. This was a great opportunity to see what the hype was about and boy did it deliver. I had this with my girlfriend and we added eggs and pork belly to it just to further the experience but just by itself, the thin noodles and the soup base were incredible. The spice packet also added an extra real kick of taste to it that was able to give a whole extra experience. Everything just felt so fresh, so refreshing and light, the taste was so whole and when cooked right it just comes out beautifully. It comes with everything it needs and I recommend trying it if you are not only a fan of ramen but just eating in general. You won’t be disappointed.

Best ramen ever
Puts american ramen to shame it's so expensive new York is very height price food its better to buy 3 boxes because Your going to come back again forever I am hook on this gold ramen its to bad only 1 Japanese restaurant is in New York but this is the only opinion I had compared to EBay I bought back in 2015 & got the same 1 X red pack 1X original famous pork broth but the pork broth was not liquid like Ichiran USA online store NY & the ramen was packed like America top ramen is made NEVER go back to buying off EBay for this ichiran noodles

I've been to 2 Ichiran locations in Japan and the one in NYC. I don't understand how the they captured the flavor in a packaged ramen, but they did - and they did it well. Plus, it is just as easy to make as Maruchan instant ramen. I went all out and bought additional ingredients (green onion, garlic, nori, and pork) and my only complaints were the ingredients I bought just couldn't meet the standards of the extra toppings you would get at Ichiran (except for the garlic, which I highly recommend adding a few crushed cloves if you're into that). This ramen stood on its own without the extra toppings anyhow. Creamy and packed with flavor, the broth was a prefect emulation of what you would get at the physical location. The texture of the noodles is unbeatable. You will not be disappointed in this purchase.

Worse than any instant noodles
It's very very salty and tasteless. I wonder if they tried before selling. Any instant noodles at Asian markets taste better than this one and cost as little as couple of dollars. I don't mind pricey if it's really good and worth it. Very disappointed.

Excellent for Picky Eaters!
I hate the fishy taste of the dashi but this broth is so umami packed and delicious! Very easy to make!!
