NOTICE: Alaska & Hawaii Handling Fee

FREE SHIPPING will continue to be available for orders totaling $87 or more for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

However, all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will have a 10% handling fee. For orders of totaling less than $87, the handling fee is calculated based on the flat shipping rate and will be included in the shipping fee ($11.99 + 10% = $13.19).

For orders totaling $87 or more, the handling fee is calculated based on your cart total and will appear as shipping fee on your receipt.

 

COVID-19 RESPONSE

We partnered with ShipBob, a 3PL service, to ship our products from California and Pennsylvania.

ICHIRAN and ShipBob are following all CDC environmental cleaning and disinfection recommendations.

SHIPPING

We ship standard ground shipping to all 50 states in the United States. Please allow 7-15 days* for shipping.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.

Shipping and Handling: $11.99**

Sales tax will be applied if you are shipping to New York state.

 

*Carriers are continuing to experience delays due to COVID-19 and the increase in shipping demands. Please allow for extra time for delivery

RETURNS

All items are final sale. ICHIRAN does not accept returns on any items and is not responsible for packages returned by any carrier. ICHIRAN does not offer refunds for any purposes.

If your item arrived damaged, please take photographs of the damage and contact ICHIRAN customer service at (718) 381-0493 or CustomerService.NY@ichiran.com immediately, but no later than within 7 days of delivery. Upon investigation, ICHIRAN will, in its sole discretion, determine whether to exchange your item upon receipt of the damaged item in its original packaging with all contents. Each inquiry will be investigated by ICHIRAN on a case by case basis and ICHIRAN shall have no obligation to exchange any damaged items.

If your item did not arrive and your shipment tracking information has not been updated for 20 days, please contact ICHIRAN customer service at (718) 381-0493 or CustomerService.NY@ichiran.com.

 Please note that ICHIRAN does not support returns for international orders sold or fulfilled by a third-party seller at this time. All international sales of products sold or fulfilled by these third-party sellers are final.

NO EXCHANGE WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT A RECEIPT OR OTHER PROOF OF PURCHASE ISSUED BY ICHIRAN.
