1. Do you ship to Canada or other countries?

Sorry, we only ship domestically in the United States at this time. We do not provide any international shipping right now.

 

2. How long does it usually take to ship?

Your order will be delivered to you within 7-15 days. Most orders are delivered within 7 days. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order once your order has been shipped.

 

3. How many servings are in 1 kit (box)? What are the contents of each kit?

Each individual Ramen Kit contains 3 servings. You will get 3 packets of noodles, 3 packets of soup concentrate, and 3 packets of our Original Spicy Red Seasoning with each kit.

 

4. Is the Ramen Kit vegan/vegetarian?

No, this kit is for tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen.  Please see below for full ingredients list.

 

5. Is the Ramen Kit gluten free?

No, our noodles and soup concentrate does contain wheat. Please see below for full ingredients list.

 

6. I made a mistake in my shipping/billing address! 

Contact us by email at customerservice.ny@ichiran.com right away with your order number. Let us know what needs to be corrected! **Email us within 24 hrs!! It will be too late to make changes once your order has been packed and labeled!

 

7. Can I make changes to my order after payment?

We can reduce the number of items in your order and refund you the balance.  However, once your payment has been processed, we cannot add items to your order. You will need to make a new order if you want to add items. Please contact us by email at customerservice.ny@ichiran.com right away to request refunds/cancellations of your order! **Email us within 24 hrs!! It will be too late to make changes once your order has been packed and labeled!

 

8. How can I cancel my order/request a refund?

Email us at customerservice.ny@ichiran.com within 24 hours of making your order and let us know if you need a refund or want to cancel your order.  It may be difficult for us to process refunds or cancel orders after your order has been packed and is ready for shipping, so let us know right away!

 

9. I never received my order!

Contact us at customerservice.ny@ichiran.com as soon as possible and explain the details of your situation. If your tracking information is marked as delivered, the carrier has left the package by your door or with your doorman.  Please check any areas where package carriers usually leave packages (near doorways, package holding areas, lobby, building management, etc.)

 

10. Oops, I need to return my order.

As per our return policy, please return your items within 7 days of the delivery date (date marked "delivered" by package carrier).  Returned items must not be opened and be in its original packaging. (Exceptions apply)

For a return shipping label as well as a refund, email us at customerservice.ny@ichiran.com. Please include your order number, number of items you are returning, and if you prefer to use UPS or United States Postal Service for return shipping.

NOODLES: Wheat flour, vegetable protein, salt, lye water

SOUP CONCENTRATE: Cottonseed oil, water, meat extract (pork extract, salt), soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, alcohol), hydrolyzed protein (wheat, corn, soybeans), sugar, monosodium L-glutamate, pork fat, fermented seasoning (rice, rice malt, grape, sugar, alcohol, salt), garlic paste, wheat flour, bonito extract, kelp extract, spices (pepper, ginger), onion powder (onion, wheat), sodium aspartate, alanine, xanthan gum, fried garlic powder (garlic, palm oil), disodium 5'-inosinate, disodium 5'-guanylate, salt, yeast extract
