So if you redeem 200 points, you'll get a code for $2 off your entire order.

Move the slider to select the amount you want, then tap or click the "Redeem" button.

You can use the code immediately, or save it for later in "Your rewards" by just closing out of the rewards panel.

Yes, your points will expire one (1) year from the date you earned the points.

But you don't need to remember the dates. We'll send you an email 30 days before your points expire to remind you.

But your membership tier will remain the same for the current calendar year + the entire following calendar year.

For example: If you reach the Elite Taster tier on November 11, 2024, you will remain as an Elite Taster until December 31, 2025.

Which means you'll need to maintain your points to remain in your tier! Otherwise, you'll be dropped to a lower tier when your membership tier expires.

Short answer: Yes, but not immediately.

Long answer: Only if you don't have the minimum required points when your membership tier expires.

Once you move up a tier, you'll stay in that tier for the current calendar year + the entire following calendar year.

So if you reach the Elite Taster tier on November 11, 2024, you will remain as an Elite Taster until December 31, 2025.

Which means you'll have plenty of time to collect the points you need!

No, points cannot be shared.

Yes, you can! You'll still earn points on the subtotal of your order even if you use your one-time reward or discount code.

Since you currently need to log in at checkout, points from all of your orders will be automatically added to your ICHIRAN Rewards account.

But the system may a few extra minutes to update your points.

In the meantime, sit down and enjoy a scrumptious bowl of ramen. Then come back and check your points.

Sadly, points earned on this site cannot be used at our restaurants.

ICHIRAN Rewards points earned through our official online store also cannot be transferred to your restaurant loyalty account.

Our system might experience a delay updating your points.
