Our natural pork-bone broth is skimmed and strained so thoroughly that only the ultimate flavor of the broth is left behind.
ICHIRAN's fresh, house-made noodles are made from a unique blend of quality flours. We adjust our blend daily depending on weather and humidity conditions to ensure our noodles will pair perfectly with our broth.
And our original aged Original Spicy Red Sauce gives our ramen an extra touch of heat. It is a chili-based sauce made with 30 different ingredients chosen to add a richer, deeper flavor to our ramen.
ICHIRAN'S 15 SECOND STANDARD
Our fresh noodles are time sensitive. They soften immediately upon hitting boiling water and will continue to soften as they absorb even the ramen broth.
However, you want to enjoy the exact noodle texture you ordered. So we strive to deliver your ramen from kitchen to your table within a fifteen-second window.
And we are very strict about it. Serving ramen past our designated time limit is unacceptable, which is why all our seats are within a few steps of the kitchen. The time limit? 15 seconds.
